About Bar Du Port

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused HR Executive to support Bar Du Port and the wider AlphaMind lifestyle portfolio across all core HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality HR, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work closely with F&B operations teams in a fast-paced environment — ensuring an exceptional employee experience while supporting the continued growth of our brands.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle & Documentation
- Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases at all times.
- Respond to employee queries and manage HR-related document requests efficiently.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Coordinate visa, medical insurance, and other employee-related government processes.
- Assist with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and UAE labour regulations.
- Assist with HR reports, trackers, and general administrative tasks.
Employee Relations & Performance
- Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary processes, warning letters, investigations, and follow-up actions in line with company policy.
- Coordinate performance management and probation review processes.
- Advise and support management teams on HR-related matters and company policies.
Operations & Engagement
- Attend weekly HOD meetings and work closely with operations teams to support staffing and employee relations matters.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers across assigned venues.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry; multi-outlet experience is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR-related education is preferred.
- Strong knowledge and practical understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing, attendance management, and leave administration.
- Experience managing multiple cost centres, entities, and HR operations across multiple outlets.
- High proficiency in HRIS platforms, employee records management, and HR systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to prepare HR reports, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, offboarding, and documentation.
- Strong audit mindset, with excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage HR operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while handling multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a professional, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and maintain high standards of HR service delivery.
